Free Shipping
- We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders above INR 499.
- For orders below INR 499, a standard shipping charge will apply (visible at checkout).
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7–8 business days.
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping location.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Changing the Shipping Address
- You may request a change to your shipping address before the shipping confirmation email is sent.
- Once the shipping confirmation has been issued, no address change requests can be accommodated.
Package Inspection Guidelines
- We strongly recommend that you inspect your package carefully upon delivery.
- Do not accept the delivery if:
- The outer packaging is damaged or tampered with.
- The box appears empty or lighter than expected.
- If you notice any issues, refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately with photos and order details.
Missed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
- If the recipient is unavailable, and the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts:
- The order will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
