Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Craft Tree Creation, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As a platform supporting traditional artisans and handcrafted products, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.

Returns

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly — either by replacement, repair, or refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., names, colors, sizes)
  • Fragile, made-to-order handicrafts
  • Plants and food products.
  • Sale or discounted items

If you're unsure about whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to us before purchasing.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item.
  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and reflect the refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them — as long as they haven’t been shipped.
  • To cancel, email us at crafttreecreationindia@gmail.com with your order ID.
  • Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
